Author, speaker, and retired US Air Force special warfare officer, Bryan Cannady, is a founder and partner at Unordinary Group. From the front lines of combat to the C-suite boardroom, he is an accomplished executive-level strategist, change agent, and tech accelerator across the National Security sector. He leverages decades of joint, special operations, and international experience to help deliver holistic and innovative solutions across the public and private sectors.

For over twenty-five years in the military, he was fortunate to advise many 4-star and senior leaders within the Department of Defense, various government agencies, embassies, foreign nations, as well as the National Security Council during key periods of transformation. Working abroad in thirty countries with multiple tours in combat, he is a seasoned leader that is passionate about helping organizations and their people achieve growth, purpose, and peak performance.

In 2016, he was asked by senior Air Force leaders to scale the innovation he witnessed in special operations. Starting as Skunk Works Director, he revolutionized joint warfighting concepts, capabilities, and eventually helped create a new organization to drive innovative, enterprise-wide change for the future force. After seeing first-hand the challenges of innovation from inside the government, he is now working to bring innovation from the outside-in.
